UOB Asset Management (B) Sdn Bhd (UOBAM Brunei) is a subsidiary of UOB Asset Management Ltd (UOBAM), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Overseas Bank Limited. Established in 1986, UOBAM has over 39 years of experience in managing collective investment schemes and discretionary portfolios, making it one of Singapore’s largest unit trust managers by assets under management. As at 30 September 2025, UOBAM manages 64 unit trusts in Singapore and, together with its subsidiaries, oversees more than S$39 billion in client assets.

Headquartered in Singapore, UOBAM has a strong presence across Asia, with offices in Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Our network includes UOB Islamic Asset Management Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, a joint venture with Ping An Fund Management Company Limited in China, and strategic alliances with global partners such as Wellington Management Singapore.

Recognised as one of the region’s most awarded asset managers, UOBAM has received over 380 industry accolades.
